Terms and Refund Policy

Who you are buying from

You buy from Dr. Masters. Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf, and we never see your card number. We are the merchant of record, so refunds and billing questions are ours to answer.

We do not sell through the App Store or Google Play, so there is no store subscription to manage and nothing to cancel in your phone settings.

Dr. Masters is a sexual health training programme for adults. By subscribing you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

What you pay, and what renews

Your plan renews automatically at the price shown when you signed up, until you cancel.

• 7-DAY STARTER. 6.99 USD today for 7 days, then 31.00 USD every month from day 7 until you cancel.
• 1-MONTH PLAN. You'll be charged 15.19 USD today for your first 1 month, then 31 USD every 1 month until you cancel.
• 3-MONTH PLAN. You'll be charged 25.99 USD today for your first 3 months, then 53.04 USD every 3 months until you cancel.

On the starter, that opening payment buys the first 7 days. Cancel before day 7 and the monthly charge never happens.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you live. Charges appear on your statement as DRMASTERS.APP.

If you accept a promotional discount during checkout, the amount charged for your first billing period may be lower than the amounts above; renewal prices are unchanged and are always shown before you pay.

We email you before each renewal so a charge is never a surprise, and a receipt for every charge we make.

Optional add-ons after checkout

Once your plan is paid for we offer optional one-time add-ons. You can decline every one, and declining never changes the plan you have already bought.

• The price of each add-on is shown on its own screen, and you pay only for the ones you accept.
• Add-ons are one-time purchases. They never renew and they are not part of your subscription.
• Anything you accept is billed together, as a single charge, when you reach the final step, rather than screen by screen. There is no extra confirmation step after the last offer, so accepting an add-on is your agreement to pay for it.
• That charge uses the same DRMASTERS.APP descriptor as your plan, and an itemised breakdown of everything you paid is shown to you as soon as it settles.

Add-ons are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee as your plan. Because an add-on is a one-time purchase and not a programme you train, the training condition below does not apply to it: ask within 30 days and we refund it.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in the app, under Profile then Billing Center then Cancel membership. No phone call, and no retention script. If you would rather not do it yourself, email support@drmasters.app the word "cancel" from the address on your account and we do it for you the same day.

Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that. Anything you bought outright, like Groundwork Accelerator, stays yours. If we refund you, access ends straight away, add-ons included. Removing the app does not cancel your subscription, and neither does signing out or resetting your progress.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you follow the programme and it does not work for you, email support@drmasters.app within 30 days of your first payment and before your current period ends, and we will refund what you paid for that period.

The guarantee asks you to have actually trained. To qualify you need completed training days on at least 7 days on the 1-month or 3-month plan, or at least 3 days on the 7-day starter. You do not need to send screenshots or any other evidence: your training record is in your account and we check it ourselves. We tell you by email whether the refund is approved, and pay approved refunds to the original payment method.

Your statutory rights come first. Consumers in the EU and UK have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital content without giving a reason. Your access starts as soon as you pay, and we do not ask you to give up that right in return, so you keep the full 14 days. Some US states give a similar short cancellation right. These apply whether or not you meet the guarantee conditions above.

Outside the guarantee and those statutory rights, fees already paid are not refundable and we do not pro-rate the remainder of a period after you cancel, though we may grant a refund at our discretion and will always meet our obligations under consumer law, including where the service is faulty.

Not medical advice

Dr. Masters is an educational training programme. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Consult a doctor about any medical concern, and stop training and speak to one if anything hurts.

Results

We do not promise a specific outcome. The training is based on published research, which reports averages across groups of men, and what you get out of it depends on whether you actually do it. Any figure we quote on this site names the study it comes from.

Suspending or closing an account

We may suspend or close an account that shares paid access, abuses the service or our support, or reverses a payment with the bank instead of asking us for a refund. If we close your account for one of those reasons you keep any refund rights you already had under the guarantee or under consumer law.

If a charge fails we may retry it over the following days and email you. If it keeps failing we may suspend access to the paid features until a payment succeeds.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Your rights as a consumer

If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings there.
